"Shipping" refers to the process of delivering goods to customers via our logistics partners (e.g., Shiprocket).

2. Shipping Information & Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: We offer standard shipping across India with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days, depending on your location and pincode. Local Delivery in Delhi NCR can be speedy and faster.

3. Shipping Costs (Special Launch Offer)

Free Shipping: As a special launch offer, we are currently providing Free Shipping on all orders across India.
Future Modifications: We reserve the right to modify our shipping rates in the future. Any changes to shipping fees (based on order value, weight, or specific pincodes) will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS with tracking information. You can track your package through the link provided by our shipping partner.

5. Delivery Address & Attempts

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Our courier partners will usually make 2-3 delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us (RTO) after failed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for a second dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

To protect your purchase, we recommend inspecting the package upon arrival. If it appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged or missing items, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This must show the unopened package and the shipping label clearly. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
