Welcome to SOUVICHA. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, souvicha.com, owned and operated by The Ikonic. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to SOUVICHA (A Unit of The Ikonic), B41, New Town Heights, Sector 86, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122004.
“Goods” refers to the Stainless Steel Anti-Tarnish jewellery and other items offered for sale.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
“Website” refers to souvicha.com.
“You” refers to the individual or entity accessing the service.

2. Product Authenticity & Usage

Material Quality: Our jewellery is crafted from high-grade 304L & 316L Stainless Steel with 18K Gold PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating.
Water Resistance: While our products are water and sweat-resistant, their longevity depends on proper care. Avoid direct contact with concentrated bleach, industrial chemicals, or abrasive cleaners.
Accuracy: We aim to display product colours and textures accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings or photographic lighting.

3. Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our collection. Every SOUVICHA purchase is protected by the following:

Lifetime Anti-Rust Warranty: We guarantee that our stainless steel base will never rust. This is a lifetime commitment to the metal's integrity.
One-Year Colour Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery covering significant fading or tarnishing of the 18K Gold PVD coating under normal wear.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage such as broken chains, snapped clasps, or bent rings.
- Loss of stones, crystals, or accidental loss of the jewellery piece.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, resizing, or exposure to harsh industrial chemicals and high-chlorine environments.
How to Claim: To initiate a claim, WhatsApp us at +91-9319299301 or email souvicha.official@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the defect. Verified claims are eligible for a one-time replacement or store credit.

4. Payments & Billing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment Gateways: We use secure third-party aggregators such as Pay10 and Razorpay. By proceeding, you agree to their respective terms. We do not store your credit/debit card information.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Logistics are managed through partners like Shiprocket.
SOUVICHA is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, extreme weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

The brand name SOUVICHA, the logo, website design, and all product descriptions are the intellectual property of The Ikonic. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SOUVICHA (The Ikonic) or its executors be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
